Milk Bottle Diner

Talk about an out of the ordinary eatery . . . this diner is shaped like a milk bottle. I am curious how this came about. Some guy is sitting somewhere and gets an idea . . . I can make a diner shaped like a milk bottle. In any event, it adds interest to life when all cafes are not shaped the same.

  1. Years ago in Spokane, Washington there were two or three very similar buildings. They were outlets for milk and cream from the Benewah Dairy. That firm went out of business, but other businesses took over the buildings. I suppose they've all been torn down by now.

  2. Somehow I don't think it would be quite the same today with a big plastic milk bottle there...

  4. Thats the Milk Bottle restaurant in Raynham Mass. A few towns over from where I was brought up. I have a vague memory of going there when I was a litltle kid and the wait staff let us kids climb to the top. I'm pretty sure it's still in operation.
