Sioux Warrior

Indian Camp week continues with this picture of a Sioux camp. The picture was taken in 1907. Most of the armed conflicts between Indian tribes, and most conflicts between Indians and Settlers/US Army ended by the late 1800's. There were a few skirmishes on into the 1900's with the last ones being in the 1920's.
