Today's picture shows American Servicemen servicing an A-20 Bomber. The picture was taken in 1942 at Langley Field in Virginia.

I like the wind shield- it provides a good view of the ground, which was important to a bomber.

ReplyDeleteThey later in the war, turned her into a night fighter.
