Each day we bring you one stunning little glimpse of history in the form of a historical photograph. Enjoy!
About this site:
I have been an avid collector of old photographs and documents for over 30 years. The photographs on this site are derived from material I have collected over the years. Some came from old family albums, some from material I bought at flea markets over the years, and some from government archives of public domain images, including the US Library of Congress, and the National Archives. We appreciate you visiting this blog, and hope you find it interesting.

I'm glad you enjoyed your trip. I'm sure there was so much to see and do and so little time to do it in.
ReplyDeleteAfrica is such a different country from what a person is use to looking at.
An another 1 1/2 of snow.
it is 27 above going for a high of 21. Yes I did say a high 21. I guess the temps are going to drop as the day goes on.

ReplyDelete40 degrees and the sun is shinning bright here in Fort Worth. HAPPY NEW YEAR, everyone.
ReplyDeleteIt sure seemed like all of you had a wonderful time. I'm sure the lovely EAM was the real recipient because there is no place better than being with your parents in stressful times. Elizabeth is a strong, independent lady which is what all parents want for their childern.
ReplyDeleteRest up and then give us some details on the visit.
Thank you very much for the great year of photos. I look forward to your blog every day. May you and your family have a wonderful and healthy New Year.
