Each day we bring you one stunning little glimpse of history in the form of a historical photograph. Enjoy!
About this site:
I have been an avid collector of old photographs and documents for over 30 years. The photographs on this site are derived from material I have collected over the years. Some came from old family albums, some from material I bought at flea markets over the years, and some from government archives of public domain images, including the US Library of Congress, and the National Archives. We appreciate you visiting this blog, and hope you find it interesting.

I have loved Cuba week! Thankyou! Zoë
ReplyDeleteLove love love this picture! Seven men in an old jalopy with an even older wagon next to it. Love the suits and hats too. We've come a long way baby!!

ReplyDeleteYou have to remember that in 1912, that was not an old jalopy. It would have been a fairly new car.
I agree with Zoe, Cuban week has been great.
ReplyDeleteWhat car is it?
I believe Cuba is the capital for old cars. That's all you see on the streets there. Great pictures from Rafael
ReplyDeleteThanks Rafael for the great pictures this week. Have a nice weekend all.
