Sir Thomas Lipton?
DrXWe have a winner. . . Sir Thomas Lipton.Could it have really been anyone else after tea party week?PJM
Good job DrX
It could have been Earl Grey...
Good job Dr. X.I think I've been playing this game too long. I'm starting to get the feeling I've seen these people before.
He's not old enough for Old Picture of the Day but it could have been Laurence Tureaud (aka Mr T). Insert groan here.John
Nate, you're right. Sept. 21, '08.Maybe the great PJM has ran out of Mystery PersonsPam
Off-topic but Lipton has a great moustache seeing as it is also Mo-vember.
I'm coming late to the party, but did you know that tea was the first product in the world to be sold pre-packaged and weighed? British grocers refused to carry it because they couldn't cheat the customers by short-weight, so tea was sold for many years by chemists - pharmacies to you Yanks.
Very interesting, Lady Anne.Glad to have that bit to add to my tea trivia!
