Each day we bring you one stunning little glimpse of history in the form of a historical photograph. Enjoy!
She's beautiful and looks like the type to portray Peter Pan.
She does look fey in that picture.I can't help but think that had it been present day there would have been so many more changes to the hair, outfit, and even her name to make her more marketable to the public.
Astro:I agree. But she's quite marketable the way she is, that's what's wrong with our modern society.
SmartGirl 1953: exactly so!
Gorgeous woman, more pics at http://www.flickriver.com/photos/tags/maudeadams/interesting/Hadn't seen her before.
Ah, but back in the day, Maude was considered a lovely name. Who would think a name such as Clara Bow would be on everyone's lips? (My sister always said if she had a daughter, she'd name her Paulina Maude; God sent her two sons!)
I could fall into those eyes and never come out.
