OK, it is Saturday, so lets get the contest started. I really want to have a victory breakfast in the morning, so hope this is a hard one. Let the Games Begin!

ReplyDeleteWow, we have our first Tie. LAM and Ross win, as they both came in at 7:50. Yes, it is Winston Churchill. Was it that obvious?
ReplyDeletePJM
Congratulations LAM. You were first.
ReplyDeleteIt did look like him to me, just a younger version.
damn, just missed it. aye, it was that obvious!
ReplyDeleteToo bad, no crepes for me in the morning.
ReplyDeletePJM
Too obvious for an Englishman.
ReplyDeleteWell done Anon and Ross.
Thanks Ross--Churchill one of my heros (love history). Thank you PJM for a great way for my day to start, as it does each day. I love the old photos and the autos this week was a treat. Looking forward to next week. lam
ReplyDeleteI had just got done listening to 25 years of his speeches on CD, and watching a movie on him, "The Gathering Storm" so he was probably on my mind...
ReplyDeletePJM;
Considering the great job you do with your students, you owe yourself a victory breakfast now and then.
With Ross's permission, I will indeed have Crepes for breakfast in the morning!

Since it was my one & only 'shared' win, I know there was another tie - when you did Alaksa & the mystery person was Seward.
ReplyDeletePermission granted.

ReplyDeleteA first!
I knew who it was (but was doing the Easter prep so got here late).
Cool - there's hope for me yet.
Happy Easter to all!
If that did not look like a young Churchill, then I am blind. Too easy. Possibly an Easter gift.
